8. Transfer liver to paper towels and drain excess grease.

9. Heat up the pan again with 2 Tbsp. butter over medium high heat, add the other 2 liver slices, cook for 2 minutes, flip them and cook 1 more minute, transfer these slices to paper towels as well and drain grease.

10. Heat up the pan again, add lemon juice to reserved juice from the pan and stir.

11. Also add minced garlic and parsley, stir and take off heat.

12. Divide potatoes on serving plates, add liver slices and bacon on top and pour the sauce you’ve made at the end.
